Britani Lane-White is the Special Projects and S.T.E.A.M. Academy Director for a small SC School District where she manages programs supporting the education of nearly 800 students in grades Pre-K to 12th grade. She is also the Chief Learning Officer for LifeNation Inc., a Christian Interactive Learning Community whose vision is to help others operate in their life purpose.

A distinguished honor graduate of Summerville High School, Lane-White continued her education at Claflin University where she received a Bachelors of Science in Biology and Chemistry. She holds South Carolina teaching certifications and a Masters in the Art of Teaching from South Carolina State University. She is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in Teaching and Learning with an emphasis on Adult Learning and Curriculum Development. 

Brittani Lane-White is now known as Olivia’s Mom because in October of 2018, she gave birth to the sweetest girl. In receipt of the greatest gift she has ever received, the educator whose life was dedicated to inspiring the joy of learning to children now includes sparking the wonder of dreams and the powerful possibilities that lie within her own child- Princess Olivia. 

Brittani  is the President and CEO of  B. Lane and Associates, LLC, the parent company for several organizations and projects. B. Lane and Associates, LLC summer camps, afterschool programs, parent education, teacher professional development, entrepreneurship support, and strategic planning are a few of the services provided by the over 200 organizations supported. The mission of the organization is to help others develop strategy and concrete plans that actualize their goals.
